holiday gathering Sun Dec 14th with circle, guided imagery & writing, pizza, networking, and a class on " Love & Forgiveness"
( Sat. Dec. 13th, our classes continue with "how to perfect Focusing, a technique for clarity and moving ahead in your life", and self-care.)

All begin at 10:30 a.m. and all offer sliding scale as needed. We continue to raise funds for wounded vets.

PSYCHOSYNTHESIS is a blend of spiritual teachings from all over the world with sound technology. There are hundreds of practitioners in Stratford, CT. We offer coaching, counseling and classes. We also welcome many at our open Sundays once a month. The process involves going inside, contacting our inner intuition and guidance, and moving froward in life from there. Writing and a process journal are integral parts of this work.
